This fun, engaging class not only introduces teen and tween performers to foundations of Musical Theatre Dance, it transforms them into confident beginning dancers, who are able to keep up in age appropriate dance classes, as well as audition with confidence for musical theatre productions, as well as for the Dreyfoos Musical Theatre Department.

Includes Musical Theatre Dance Vocabulary you need to know, Musical Theatre Choreography and staging .

Led by dance coach Jy'ireze Bell Bennett, this class comfortably guides students through all the basics of Broadway dance, including dance vocabulary, explanation and execution of the most important dance steps, as well as fun choreography in a judgement free, learning environment.
